This information applies only to customers located within the European Union.

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days after delivery.

However, products manufactured according to customer-selected specifications, including size, configuration, accessories, colors, or other selected options, may be exempt from the withdrawal right under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
