EU Withdrawal Request Form

EU customers who wish to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal may submit a request using the form below.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Order Number
• Full Name
• Email Address Used for the Order
• Date of Delivery
• Reason for the Request

Please note that products manufactured according to customer-selected specifications, including size, configuration, accessories, colors, or other selected options, may be exempt from the statutory withdrawal right under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Submitting this form does not automatically result in approval of a cancellation, return, or refund request. All requests will be reviewed individually.
